South Point Poker Hiring

South Point Poker is ready to make the jump into becoming the first real-money online poker site to legally launch in Nevada and they're hiring.

South Point Poker is looking to fill marketing, customer service, regulatory compliance, and technology positions.

Still in the process of working with regulators, South Point's plan to launch real-money online poker this month has been pushed back. The company's free-play site was launched about a year ago but it has been taken down recently to alleviate confusion for players.

"We feel we could launch today," Chief Operating Offcer Lawrence Vaughan said. "But you’ve got to go through the independent testing labs, you have to satisfy the State Gaming Control Board and because we are the first, we’re going to be under the microscope. They’re going to prod us every which way, and that’s good. We don’t want to come out and fall flat on our face and be an embarrassment for Nevada."
